The only neighborhoods of Woodcreek Farms are the 15 listed here - all others claiming to be Woodcreek Farms are false. Many realtors are claiming their neighborhoods are a part of Woodcreek Farms when they are not!

Waccamaw Management

The Woodcreek Farms HOA employs Waccamaw Management to help with the day-to-day operations of Woodcreek Farms. Established in 1987 and part of the Associa management company network since 2019, Waccamaw Management, An Associa Company has served the coastal communities of South Carolina and the greater Ocean Isle Beach, Calabash, Shallotte areas of North Carolina for almost four decades.

Local Office

The HOA office is located at 1712 Woodcreek Farms Road, Elgin. Office hours are Mon-Thur from 8:30am – 4:40pm, and Friday from 8:30am to 2:00pm.

Dues Payment

You can pay your quarterly dues on TownSq using a credit card or bank account, by mail, or in person at the HOA Office.

Maintenance Request

Maintenance requests are made in the TownSq app on your phone or on the website.
