The main walking trail parallels Jacobs Millpond Road from Sweetbay to Woodcreek Farms Road.  A second trail runs from Jacobs Millpond Road to the entrance of The Crossing subdivision.

The Village at Sandhills is less than 5 minutes away, all your big box stores and mom & pop shops on Two Notch Road; and a new Publix grocery store moving in just down the street.  We are close to anything you may need!

Woodcreek Farms has a gazebo for rent for all Woodcreek Farms HOA members at the entrance to The Village. In addition to a gas grill, a sink and a wood burning fireplace, there is also a TV available for you to connect your Roku, Firestick, or DVD player. Restrooms are located nearby. Contact the Management Office for reservations.
