Emily Ryan worked for several years in the insurance industry before joining Columbia’s Wolfe & Taylor as HOA Coordinator in 2019. In 2021, Emily was promoted to property manager and began managing a portfolio of about a dozen community associations in Columbia, Lexington, and West Columbia. She is an organized, creative, and quick problem solver, able to handle myriad issues for neighborhoods big and small. She joins Waccamaw Management as Woodcreek Farms property manager.

Born in Maryland to a South African mother and an English father, Emily moved to New Jersey and then Columbia, graduating from Ridge View High School. Emily lives with her three precious girls, toddler boy, and two kitties right here in Columbia.

Emily volunteers as the Office Coordinator of Extra, organizing Secret Santa and lottery ticket purchases, which have resulted in $16 in communal winnings to date.
